You’ve been holding it together for a long time
You're the one who keeps things running at work and at home, remembers the details, and checks on everyone else. You're good at it. People count on you.
But somewhere along the way, your own needs got pushed aside. You tell yourself you'll rest when things slow down. They never slow down.
Now you're ready to prioritize yourself, your needs, and your wants, and you need space to do that, in a circle of women where the care goes both ways.
“I learned from Nikki the importance of taking care of myself before focusing on other aspects of my life. Nikki helped me to incorporate simple healthy self-affirming habits into my life that really made a difference in how I feel about myself (like exercise, healthy eating, and reflection). Through working with Nikki, I learned what self-respect really looks like and how I can evolve into the woman I want to be!”

What if, for four days, you were cared for as much as you care for others?
The Worthy Woman Retreat is four days in a beautiful home surrounded by nature with a small circle of women who are ready to prioritize themselves. No crowded ballroom. No packed schedule. Just six women, heart-to-heart conversations, and the space to get clear on what you want and need, not just for these four days, but for your everyday life.
We'll slow down. We'll go deep. And you'll leave knowing exactly how to carry this feeling home.
This isn’t just four days away.
It’s practice for the life you want to come home to. You don’t need another weekend where you finally relax, only to return to the same routines.
Rest, care, and space to reconnect with yourself matter. But I created The Worthy Woman Retreat to offer something more: four days to practice prioritizing yourself.
Here, self-care isn’t something we’ll only talk about. You’ll live it through morning movement, simple, nourishing meals you can recreate at home, and time to rest without feeling you should be doing something else.
We’ll explore the deeper pieces, too: asking for help, saying no, speaking your truth, protecting your time and energy, and believing your needs matter.
The goal isn’t a beautiful weekend you wish could last forever. It’s learning how to make caring for yourself part of your everyday life.
You’ll practice here, with support, so when you get home, these habits feel less like another list of things you should do. They feel possible—and you know you’re worth continuing them.
What we’ll do together
Each morning starts with gentle movement to wake up your body, followed by a nourishing breakfast together. Then we gather for morning circle, where we dig into the day's theme through coaching and guided writing.
After a shared lunch, the afternoon is yours to rest, walk, or simply be. Later, we come back together for a deeper session to turn what you're learning into a simple plan for caring for yourself and protecting your time and energy back home.
Evenings are for the kitchen table. Every meal is healthy and easy, the kind you can make on a busy night, and we make them together, so you leave knowing how to feed yourself well without it becoming a project. We close each night by the fire with reflection and laughter.
And so much of the magic happens when we nourish each other.

Nourishing each other
At this retreat, we share our meals the way loved ones do: as a team. The menu is planned and the groceries are waiting. You'll learn to prepare healthy meals in under 20 minutes with everyday ingredients, because taking care of yourself and your loved ones at mealtime shouldn't feel impossible.
Each day, you and a partner will take one turn cooking with a simple recipe card, one turn pouring tea and setting the table, and one turn cleaning up. No kitchen experience needed. I'll be right there to help get each step started and check in on how you're doing. It's the same simple system you'll bring home.
You'll leave with every recipe and the confidence to make them again, so busy nights no longer mean processed meals or expensive takeout.
Along the way, you'll practice giving and receiving help without apologizing for it. And on our last night, we'll get dressed up for a celebration dinner out, where someone else does the cooking and we raise a glass to how far you've come in just four days, and to the life you're cultivating.
What a day looks like
Here's how the retreat days will unfold…
Morning movement: a gentle start to wake up your body and clear your head
Breakfast together: a warm, nourishing breakfast to fuel your morning, with fresh coffee and tea
Morning circle: a guided coaching session on the day's theme
Shared lunch: simple, fresh, and unhurried
Afternoon free time: rest, walk, nap, read, or sit by the window and do nothing at all
Afternoon session: deeper coaching to turn what you're learning into a plan for home
Kitchen table dinner: music on, cooking together, real conversation
Evening fireside: reflection, laughter, and an early night if you want one

You won’t just leave rested. You’ll leave knowing how to keep choosing yourself.
By the time you head home, you won’t just have memories of a beautiful four days. You’ll have practiced a different way of living—and have a plan for continuing it.
You’ll leave with:
A self-care rhythm that feels realistic for your actual life, including simple ways to move, rest, reflect, and make time for yourself.
Healthy meals you know how to make, plus recipes and the confidence to nourish yourself without making dinner another overwhelming task.
Stronger boundaries and words to use when you need them, whether you’re saying no, asking for help, or speaking honestly about what you want.
A clearer understanding of what you need and more confidence honoring those needs instead of automatically pushing them aside.
Practice putting yourself on the list, so prioritizing yourself doesn’t feel quite so foreign when you get home.
A personal plan for continuing what you started here, because the real transformation isn’t what happens during the four days in the Poconos. It’s what changes in the days, weeks, and months afterward.
And perhaps most importantly, evidence that you can do this. You can care for yourself. You can change old patterns. You can create habits that support you. And you are worth the effort it takes.
“I was struggling to know my worth and applying healthy boundaries. I found peace in Nikki, at first. Then I found a friend, a mentor, a coach, a wonderful human being. I was wondering if this was a good investment, and let me tell you it was. Now, I know my worth, I feel confident in life, I've found inner peace, which I lost a long time ago.”

You’ve spent years making sure everyone else is cared for, and you’re ready to become someone you care for, too.
You want exercise, nourishing meals, rest, and time for yourself to feel like a natural part of your life—not another impossible standard you can’t keep up with.
You know you need stronger boundaries, whether that means saying no, asking for help, speaking honestly about what you need, or protecting time that belongs to you.
You’re willing to be a little uncomfortable while you learn a new way of showing up for yourself, because you know the life on the other side is worth it.
You don’t just want inspiration. You want practices, tools, and experiences you can actually take home and use.
You’re ready to stop treating self-care as something you earn after everything else is done and start treating it as part of how you live.
And somewhere inside, you know this is about more than healthier habits. It’s about believing you are worth the time, care, energy, and effort it takes to create a life that feels good to live.
You don’t have to arrive already knowing how to do all of this. You just have to be ready to learn.

A note from me
For years, I was the woman who took care of everyone and quietly fell to the bottom of her own list. What changed my life wasn’t one big breakthrough. It was learning, little by little, to give my needs the same attention I gave everyone else. That meant making time for myself, asking for help, and saying no when I meant no, even when those choices felt uncomfortable.
The shift wasn’t about becoming more disciplined. It was about believing I was worth the effort. That’s why I created this retreat. I want you to have four beautiful days: to exhale, laugh around the kitchen table, have conversations that stay with you, and experience being cared for.
But more than that, I want you to leave trusting yourself. You don’t need to figure everything out in a weekend. Together, we’ll look at what makes it hard to prioritize yourself and begin ways of caring for yourself that fit the life waiting for you at home.
My hope is that you leave knowing what you need and feeling more confident asking for it—even when prioritizing yourself feels unfamiliar.
Above all, I want you to believe you’re worth the time, care, and effort, long after our four days together.
I can’t wait to sit at the table with you.
Real Women, Real Transformations
“The tools Nikki gives you can be used for a lifetime in all aspects. She is a guide who listens and gives you helpful direction, she calls you out when you need it but she lets you find your own way. I think that is the key for the success. You do the work. You feel yourself making a difference. You are able to see what you are capable of doing! I cannot thank her enough for all the help, guidance, listening ear, tools, and love she has shown me. Her heart truly is pure and does this because she wants to help women feel empowered and live a beautiful life.”
— Kristin
“If you are struggling in ANY area in your life, Nikki can help. I started her 90 day program 1 month ago and the change thus far is unbelievable. I’ve accomplished more with my veterinary practice than I thought I could in a year! She will teach you how to transform your entire life by changing daily habits 1 at a time. She will show you how to truly love yourself and take your power back while cheering you on every step of the way. I highly recommend her for any woman that’s READY to put in the work and see every aspect of their life change for the better.”
— Amanda
“I’ve really enjoyed working with Nikki. She’s down to earth and funny, but she’ll challenge you when she needs to. Since I began working with her, I’ve seen positive results with my businesses, and now I have a whole new way of thinking about my personal life. Just a couple of days ago, I woke up and did my affirmations and had this amazing feeling that the Universe was rooting for me and working for my good. Even better, I was aware of my own power in creating my reality. I’m so excited about what lies ahead! I can’t thank Nikki enough.”

No cooking skills needed, and you’ll take every recipe home. If cooking isn’t really your thing, don’t worry. I promise these recipes are easy and not at all intimidating.
